Dysfunctions of synaptic transmission now appear central to many neurological and neurodegenerative diseases, including Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, Huntington's disease, autism, epilepsy, Down's syndrome and schizophrenia, and we are the first company to develop a high throughput proprietary platform to monitor critical synaptic events. This platform is now being employed at Galenea to discover breakthrough treatments.
